A Business Development Executive for the last 8 years, Kevin excels at Client Management and finding opportunities to expand out offerings to our existing client base. He thinks the people he works with are awesome (likewise Kevin) and looks forward to new challenges every day. Kevin's family means everything to him. Terry Belliveau
In charge of Information Development, Terry is a 9 year veteran here at Dovico. If you need to know anything about our products, ask Terry. He creates all the help files, user guides and instructional videos for our products. Terry is also a valued member of the Product Development and Marketing teams. A dedicated and hard worker, Terry loves the fact employees are trusted and left alone to do their work without significant oversight. Terry also proudly boasts that this is the last job he will ever have.

Mike Blizzard
As a Team Leader, Mike is involved in various aspects of software development from planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment and maintenance. What he likes most about working at Dovico is the people. He considers all of his coworkers friends and that makes the experience that much better. The largest passion in Mike's life is his family. He has a beautiful wife, two daughters, and a son on the way. In his spare time Mike enjoys hiking, fishing, canoeing, travelling and all things electronic.

Dominique has been a graphic designer at Dovico for the past year. Working as a web and graphic designer two years before joining the team, Dominique is always up to learn new things in various subjects. Shelley Butler
Our fearless VP of Sales and Marketing, Shelley has for the last 11 years helped to build great products and even better relationships. Her key emphasis is on creating leaders in people. Shelley loves the people at Dovico, our customers, and working together to become the most trusted solution provider in the marketplace. Personally, Shelley likes walking the beach with her family collecting sea glass, dinner parties, and hanging with family. She's also proud to say she still has her "Merlin", "Commodore Vic 20", "Commodore 64", and the original "Sega Genesis".

Jeff is our in-house wizard. He's always up for a good challenge; wether being in development or even an old fashion dual, Jeff will rise to the occasion. A Senior Support Technician, Carl has been a loyal member of the Dovico team for over 10 years. A whiz at helping people with technical issues and problems, Carl has a natural passion for technology and loves getting people back to work as quickly as possible. Diane Doucet
Diane has been with Dovico since its foundation over 20 years ago when she was given the challenge of organizing and launching the company. Her solid management skills have always served the company well. With her job functions often changing as Dovico grows, Diane is always looking at ways to make the company better and stronger in its' ability to serve clients through the implementation of systems and processes. Diane welcomes the present challenges faced in this world of fast paced technology changes. Diane works flexible working hours so she can be with her four young children when they come home from school. From running to speed skating meets, rhythmic gymnastics competitions and music lessons, to schoolwork, housework, sewing, fundraising and teaching catechism, she gets the job done.

Yves Doucet
Our CEO, Yves has been building technology since he was a teenager. He built his first software game at 16 and then as an Electrical Engineer student started building computers in his basement to sell to other students. Over the years he has been a participant in building many things from a business telephone set, to Lottery Sales POS units, Thermal Printers, Video Lottery terminals, to a salmon counter, to name just a few.
Yves finds it truly rewarding to work at a place where most of the energy is focused on making things better. The positive energy that he gets just watching others grow, both personally and in the business is inspiring. Yves believes the most important thing some one can do is to matter. If he can help an employee find their talent, their passion ... then maybe a difference can be made. He is obsessed with finding not only his own talents but those of his friends, coworkers and most precious of all his grandkids.
Yves is a passionate studier of human behavior and is focused on becoming better at the things that give him energy: Dancing (salsa is his favorite) Cooking (he likes salsa here too but Thai and French is more to his taste); physical activities (2-3 hours a day, yes a bit of a nut - he enjoys Yoga, Weight training, snowboarding and Biking). His personal goal for the year is to do a 360 spin on a snowboard.
But most of all he loves innovation and building things. (Oh... and a good water balloon fight too).

Felicia Flewelling
As an Administration Professional Felicia is often the first person people see when they walk in the door and hear when they call. From answering the phone to accounts receivables, Felicia loves every aspect of her job, especially her co-workers, clients and how close the office is to her home.

Gerard Gallant
Gerard has played a major role in the features of most software products released by Dovico over the past decade ranging from the creation of the Microsoft Project link ActiveX control to the creation of the new Hosted Services API. Gerard's desire to give back is quite strong, to the point where he has now taught several lessons to the R&D team at Dovico, at his church, and at both the Moncton and Fredericton Developer User Groups. Gerard is married with two beautiful and smart girls. He unwinds by shooting hoops or watching a movie. He also enjoys traveling extensively.

Philipe Godin
As a Reports Writer and Support Technician for the past 2 years, Philippe is a pro at developing custom reports for clients and assisting them with inquiries both big and small. He loves to trouble shoot and work with electronics, and few do it better. In the office we nicknamed him "MacGyver" for his uncanny ability to fix things using anything.

Bob Gorham
Bob considers his Product Manager position here at Dovico his dream job. He loves all facets of product management from talking to clients to competitor analysis to developing our product strategy going forward. Bob has his hands on many important aspects of Dovico including monitoring technology trends, developing prospect personas, completing market validations, and establishing product positioning.
Bob also loves traveling, architecture, technology as well as playing soccer, golf and skiing. A current events junky he has worked and lived in three countries, loves his family, and enjoys reading business and travel books.

Martin Johnson
Our VP of Special Projects, Martin helps promote 'outside-the-box' marketing and product strategy, all with the aim to assist Dovico in leveraging our brands potential in this highly competitive market.
Martin's strong belief in giving back to the community can be seen with his involvement in the promotion of New Brunswick as an Ambassador Team member, and sometimes just being a sounding board to small business owners.
When not volunteering for guidance and knowledge transfer, you can find Martin surfing, cycling or kayaking. Fine wine and great food is high on his interests list too!

With over 12 years experience at Dovico, Estelle also likes to make sure staff are happy and healthy lending a hand (or apple) when ever one is needed. Her creative flair is evident through-out the office where she makes everyone feel welcome and at home.

Jeff joined the Dovico team three years ago as a software developer. He brings over 12 years of varied development experience to the team. A self confessed "jack of all trades and master of none" he relishes his role at Dovico in that he is given a chance to learn about new technologies and trends. Jeff also strives to bring a lighthearted spirit to the entire Dovico team and refuses to allow the energy in the office to subside. Jeff "works to live" and has an awesome wife and son who he lives to love. His hobbies include going to rock concerts, travelling, sports and attending car shows.

For the last 16 years James has called Dovico home. In that time as a Architect/Developer he was responsible for tons of new product concepts and ideas, UI layouts, architecture, new technologies and of course coding. Lots and lots of coding. As Director of International Operations, Carolyn has over 25 years experience in operations, manufacturing, project management, and service and support. Responsible for Sales and Marketing outside of North America, Carolyn is tasked with bringing all that Dovico has to offer to the rest of the world.
In addition to hard work, Carolyn feels that smiles, laughs and hugs are all part of what make Dovico special. With a real spirit of adventure, she has zip lined twice and has now turned her sights on skydiving. Carolyn is also passionate about wood working and volunteering in the community.
